- Universe-212 - The Prime Universe. The foundation universe where all stories currently take place. The deceased Commander John Shepard was the Shepard of this universe. The ending of the Reaper War was a custom ending.
- Universe-213 - A darker and reversed alternate universe to Universe-212 where Cerberus has taken over the universe, the Geth still walk among the living, and the Creed's are deceased.
- Universe-214 - An alternate universe to Universe-212 where the end of the Reaper War resulted in the Destruction of the Reapers. Commander Desmond Shepard is from this universe.
- Universe-215 - An alternate universe to Universe-212 where the end of the Reaper War resulted in Control of the Reapers. Also, the universe where the Normandy SR3 crashed landed. Commander Shepard is now the Reaper AI.
- Universe-216 - Another alternate universe to Universe-212 where the end of the Reaper War resulted in the Destruction of the Reapers. Commander Zelda Shepard is from this universe.
- Universe-217 - An alternate universe to Universe-212 where the end of the Reaper War resulted in Refusing the Reaper AI, which led to the harvesting of the Galaxy.
- Universe-218 - An alternate universe to Universe-212 where the end of the Reaper War resulted in the Synthesis of all organic and synthetic creatures.
